This course uses a grounded combination of asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra, kriya-inspired movement, and meditation so that energy work remains safe, integrated, and supportive for daily life.

In Tantric understanding, Shakti represents dynamic creative power while Shiva represents pure witnessing awareness. As these principles become balanced within the seeker, separation softens and a deeper state of truth, consciousness, and inner bliss becomes more accessible.
